Since 2011 we have invested in the production of electricity, giving life to the Biomass plant in Levane (Montevarchi).

The plant has the following technical characteristics:

–  electric power: 9999 KW

–  maximum district heating power: 3957 kW

–  annual operating time: 8000 hours

–  expected annual production: over 7 million kWh

The plant uses 15,000 tons of woodchips a year which is supplied entirely by Massoni P&M. The close connection between the supplier and the plant has made it possible to identify the optimal product for the plant, which thus manages to have the best production performance.
